Commodore’s Welcome Message

2014 commodoreWelcome to the Marina de Saurel, where you will surely spend a pleasant stay. As you may have noticed, all navigable waterways lead to Sorel-Tracy. You are here, at the heart of a real nautical intersection. The geographical location of our marina makes it an undeniable link that allows you to easily reach the most distant destinations, such as Lake Champlain via the Richelieu River, the Great Lakes through the seaway, and even the St. Lawrence River estuary.

Our marina offers a home port made up of two basins with a harbor master's office that can host more than 470 boats. Both basins have recently been completely dredged, ensuring deeper than required waters for pleasure boats during the full navigation season. The whole Regard-sur-le-fleuve basin, which is closer to the downtown, has been fitted with renovated docks, several of which have water and electrical services. At the Parc nautique Saurel-Tracy basin, which offers all services, the harbor master's office and the restaurant renovations project is now over, so we are ready to welcome you all.

The marina is surrounded by 103 islands and we invite you to tour through the channels that border them to discover the many cabins on piled piers, located in the heart of exceptional nature and fauna.
A complete welcoming team, managed by two dock masters, continuously ensures your wellbeing and the maintenance of our facilities.
